- Where are Kelly and Rhett located?
We live on a small farm with a big vegetable garden on a hilltop in Platte County, Missouri, USA.
- So, how can I pay you two ?
We only accept payment through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account. Please pay for your artwork as soon as you purchase it. Sales tax at 5.6% is included in the purchase amount.
- How will you ship the artwork and WHEN ?
We ship via USPS. First class for light weight padded envelopes. Flat or Priority rates for boxes. (First class on the envelopes , which takes only one day longer in delivery, will save you money on shipping.) Shipped within four days of purchase via PayPal.
- Will the artwork be insured when you ship?
YES. This will give us all 'peace of mind'. Not that we are sloppy packers or have had trouble in the past. In twenty years of shipping artwork we have had no complaints or damaged artwork ( knock on wood).
If a piece arrives in damaged condition, please keep the box and all original packing materials to present to your Post Office to file an insurance claim.
- Can you combine shipping fees if I buy several pieces of artwork ?
Yes. We don't want anyone to pay more than what is necessary to ship a package. We don't like it when it happens to us. We will never overcharge for shipping fees.
- May I return a piece of artwork?
All sales are final. If you have any questions about a piece of artwork, please email Kelly before purchasing anything.
- What if I live outside USA?
If you live somewhere besides USA, we will be happy to ship artwork via USPS International First Class. Please email Kelly prior to purchase so that she can calculate shipping costs. Keep in mind once a package leaves the US, we have no control over shipping times and customs policies. We cannot be held responsible for items trapped in customs in your country.
- Tell me about your studio environment please?
All artwork is created with our hands in a smoke and pet free environment. Rhett's studio can be quite noisy at times. Kelly's studio is calm and quiet.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
